The Shivapuri Journal is the annual publication of the Army Command and Staff College. The purpose of the journal is to provide a forum wherein officers of the service as well as others, can share their views on variety of thought provoking issues, especially in subjects relating to national security, the art and science of warfare, politic on military aspects on national and international affairs, strategy, leadership, management and matters of current significance to Defence Services.
