The chief guest, COAS Gen Purna Chandra Thapa congratulated the student officers for successfully completing the course and also thanked the college faculty for successfully conducting the course. The Commandant of the College Maj Gen Ishwar Hamal, initially welcomed the all the guest in his welcome speech.
During the award function, the commandant Maj Gen Ishwar Hamal gave away the "Best Commandant's Paper" award to Maj Sunil Bista & Maj Pratik Singh Karki jointly. Similarly, the Vice Chancellor of Tribhuvan University Prof Dr. Tirtha Raj Kahniya and COAS Gen Purna Chandra Thapa awarded Maj Pratik Singh Karki with the "Best Student in Masters of Strategic Studies Award" and "Overall Best Student Award" of 25th Command & Staff Course respectively. A total of 62 national and international student officers were awarded with "psc" and 59 officers with "MSS" degrees during the ceremony.
Vice chancellor of Tribhuvan University, TU officials, Generals and Officers of Nepali Army, Residential Defense Attachés, Chiefs and representatives of sister security organizations, community sponsors of international student officers, faculty members, student officers and families were also present.
